Washing is done in a large front load machine. Each blanket is washed individually. All waterproof winter blankets and rain sheets are washed in “Nikwax Rug Wash”, recommended by many blanket manufacturers to protect their waterproof coating. All other items are washed in a natural environmentally friendly non-detergent product.

I found as my horses got older I was using more blankets, which equals more repairs! Since I didn’t know of a blanket repair business, I bought an industrial machine and started doing repairs myself. Now that I am caught up on my own repairs and have gained some experience, I am offering repairs to anyone in need of such a service. Whether it’s a snag, a tear, a missing strap, or it’s just in need of a good wash, I can have your horse blanket looking good as new!
